Terms of Service
These Terms of Service cover your use of hart-ai-governance.com and The Leash. Hart AI Governance (HAIG) is a business name of Hart Compliance Services Corp., 1321 Upland Dr, Ste 10173, Houston, TX 77043. By using the site or The Leash, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. The Leash
The Leash is an automated compliance gap assessment tool available at dark-sea-fe45.jesse-hart.workers.dev. It analyzes your responses and any documents you choose to submit and identifies potential gaps across 16 frameworks. These are the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, COSO, Workforce AI Governance, and U.S. state AI and privacy laws in 25 states.
The output is a preliminary gap assessment report delivered as a Word document. It is a starting point for compliance planning, not a final compliance determination.
2. Not Legal or Regulatory Advice
Nothing on this site or in The Leash is legal advice, regulatory advice, or a professional opinion. Gap assessment reports are informational. Consult qualified legal, compliance, or regulatory professionals before making decisions based on them. HAIG is a compliance consultancy, not a law firm. Using the site or The Leash does not create an attorney-client relationship or a consulting engagement.
3. Session Data and Deletion
The Leash does not keep user accounts. Each assessment runs as an isolated session. Session data, including your responses, any documents you upload, and the generated report, is automatically deleted from HAIG systems after your session is complete and the report has been delivered.
No session data is sold or licensed. It is shared only with the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, and only so they can run The Leash for you.
4. What You Submit
You are responsible for what you submit to The Leash. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Do not submit data that is classified, export-controlled, or subject to restrictions that would prohibit its use in an automated system. If you submit documents containing protected health information (PHI), personally identifiable information (PII), or other sensitive data, you represent that you have the authority to submit that information and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or agreement.
5. Accuracy of Output
The Leash uses AI-assisted analysis to produce gap assessment reports. HAIG has designed the system to produce accurate and useful output, but no automated system is infallible. You are responsible for reviewing the report and verifying its conclusions before relying on them. HAIG does not warrant that the report is complete, accurate, or current with respect to all applicable regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
The Leash platform, its underlying methodology (AAIG™), and the report templates are the intellectual property of Hart AI Governance. The gap assessment report generated for your organization is yours to use for your own compliance purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or present the output as your own work product in a professional services context without a separate written agreement with HAIG.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HAIG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or The Leash, or reliance on their output.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
9. Changes to These Terms
HAIG may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always available at hart-ai-governance.com/terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
